Panda TCG & Coffee held its ribbon cutting Friday, Oct. 23, at Orange Park Mall, adding a trading-card game shop and coffee bar to the Wells Road shopping center.
The Clay Chamber of Commerce hosted the ceremony from 11:30 a.m. to noon. The chamber listed the store as one of the mall's newest tenants.
The shop had already been welcoming customers before the ribbon cutting. Orange Park Mall announced in a Sept. 29 Instagram post that Panda TCG was open and described it as "a card lover's paradise."
The store carries Pokémon, One Piece and Magic: The Gathering trading cards along with collectibles and toys, according to the mall's post. It also offers in-store tables for casual play, tournaments and trading.
Panda TCG sits inside the mall in front of JCPenney and Dick's Sporting Goods at 1910 Wells Road, according to the store's Instagram page. The store also operates a coffee bar under the name Café con Leche, serving coffee, iced drinks, matcha and lemonade.
The shop's posted hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. The store is closed Wednesday.
Orange Park Mall is owned by Second Horizon Capital, with leasing and management by CBRE. The mall has more than 120 retailers and a 24-screen AMC Theatre, according to a December 2025 press release from the ownership group. Randy Bowman was listed as the mall's general manager in that release.
The chamber's event page for the ribbon cutting had nine registered guests as of its listing date.
