Clay County early voting continues through Saturday, Oct. 31, at all seven locations across the county.

Every site is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, including weekends, according to the Clay County Supervisor of Elections. Secure Ballot Intake Stations are available inside each location during those hours.

The early voting period opened strong. Nearly 6,500 ballots were cast countywide on Friday, Oct. 23, the first day of early voting, News4Jax reported. The Orange Park Library alone recorded more than 1,200 ballots by the end of that day. Officials said voters reported wait times of five minutes or less.

David Morrissette, who voted at the Orange Park Library on Oct. 23, told News4Jax he wanted to make his vote count on day one. "You've got to vote. If you don't vote, you don't have a say," he said.

The Supervisor of Elections office directs voters to EarlyVoteClay.com for real-time wait times and driving directions. The office can be reached at (904) 269-6350 or at ClayElections.gov.
